Brook New
Brook joined Adamson's Peak Performance in 2009. She has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Brook ran track at Willamette and holds sprint records at the university. After college, Brook moved on to become the head personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Salem, and also worked as assistant coach on the track team at her alma mater.
Brook enjoys working with people of all ages and with any fitness background. She has had great success working with athletes striving for peak performance, as well as with beginning exercisers seeking to become fit for the first time. Brook's goal for each client is to get them to reach the point where they are delighting in achieving fitness goals on a daily basis. She feels that it is each day's decisions which create the life that you want.
Exercise spills over into Brook's personal life as well. Strength training, running, hiking, and playing in the park with her two children, Gideon and Savannah, are some of the activities she enjoys. She even met her husband Chad at the gym!
