Colin joined the Adamson’s team back in 2019 as the janitor when he moved from
Michigan to the Redding to attend Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry, and he stayed with
the company until 2020 when he moved on to work at Anderson Physical Therapy. Then he re-
joined Adamson’s back in April of 2022 where he started out teaching the Squad Classes and is
now one of the main trainers for the Squads.
Colin holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a Concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy
and is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
Before becoming a personal trainer, he worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 7+ years,
where he assisted the Physical Therapists by taking patients through exercises. His areas of
expertise for personal training include working with those are overcoming injuries and functional
strength training. Colin is passionate about helping people achieve their goals that they never
Training is not just a job for him but a lifestyle. In his spare time, he participates in
strength and HIIT training, is in a basketball league, obstacle course racing (he has completed 7
Tough Mudder races with the goal of completing 10) and spending time with his beautiful wife,
Grace, and son, Benaiah.
