Rachel Harrington

Rachel Harrington, who joined Adamson’s in October 2018, is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer, has a certificate in golf fitness, and is pursuing a fitness nutrition certificate. She found her love for sports and exercise at a young age, participating in several organized sports including golf, basketball, volleyball, and track; including one year of collegiate track at the University of Wyoming.

Her experience in sports has given her a greater understanding for the importance of effective coaching, and structured exercise training. She has a passion for sports performance training, as well as health and fitness in general. Her goal is to tap into her athletic experience and knowledge of exercise science in order to help clients and athletes unlock their full potential. She also aspires to become a collegiate track coach as her career progresses.

In her spare time Rachel likes to run, workout, hike, do DIY projects, cook and bake, and spend time with friends and family. Currently, Rachel is helping Adamson’s to expand its services to include Sports Performance Training for athletes ages 10 and up.
