Small Group Training

There are many different types of training styles. Steady state cardio, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength training, etc.

While each style has its benefits, those benefits differ. 

After years of studying and experimenting in the different styles of training, we believe that a program with a foundation in strength training (aka resistance training) is the most optimal for overall health. That said, in our Squad Training (small group training) we have built just that. With progressive strength training and coaching to help meet you where you are currently at, Squad provides you the tools to look and feel better than you ever have before! You're only job... show up and put in the work!

Each Squad session is led by one of our certified personal trainers who will put you through the workout designed by our owner, Ryan Smith. You will be working next to fellow Squad members in a friendly and encouraging environment. Our Squad sessions are limited to no more than 10 members per session in order to maximize our trainer's ability to give you the attention and guidance you need. Again, just show up, we'll take care of the rest ;)

We recommend 3 strength training sessions per week to begin and provide those in the following time slots:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6am-9am-12:15pm-4:15pm-5:15pm

Outside of the strength training sessions, we also offer core and metabolic conditioning sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Although we put an emphasis on attending the strength training days, the core and conditioning days provide an opportunity to promote active recovery, help you build a strong core, and improve your cardiovascular health! Ultimately pairing both gives you the best chance at building a strong and able body for overall function and longevity.

The core and conditioning sessions are offered at the following schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday: 6am-9am-12:15pm-4:15pm-5:15pm

Saturday: 9am
