Basic Membership Tiers
The Basic Membership Includes:
- Access to cardio machines, strength training equipment, functional training/rig area, and Punch Fitness boxing studio for independent exercise use
- Use of locker room and sauna
- Evening yoga classes
Basic Plus Membership Includes:
- Basic Membership
- Four Team Training classes per month
- One Fit3D Body Scan each month
Team Training Membership Tiers
Limited Team Training Membership Includes:
- Basic Membership
- Unlimited Fit3D body scans
- Eight Team Training workouts per month
- Quarterly 1:1 strategy sessions
Team Training Membership Includes:
- Basic Membership
- Unlimited Fit3D body scans
- Unlimited Team Training workouts
- Quarterly 1:1 strategy sessions
Note: Team Training programming is such that it can be a stand-along program, or better yet, combined with the more strength-based Squad Training workouts.
Squad Training Membership Tier
Limited Squad Membership Includes:
- Basic Membership
- Team Training Membership
- One 40-50 minute small group personal training session per week
Squad Training Membership Includes:
- Basic Membership
- Team Training Membership
- Two 40-50 minute small group personal training sessions per week
Note: Squad workouts are strength-based and are designed to fit hand-in-glove with the more cardio-based Team Training workouts. For best results, we recommend doing both.
Personal Training Memberships
Personal Training Memberships Include:
- Team Training Member - no additional fee
- Choose 1, 2, or 3 personal training days per week
- Choose 25-minute or 45-minute sessions
- Add 1-2 friends for minimal additional fee
Additional Notes:
- Training programs are tailored specifically to your needs and goals
- Workout times are flexible to fit your schedule
- Spacious training areas including personal training-only areas
- Training also available a la carte by the session, or 10 and 24-packs
