Note: Team Training programming is such that it can be a stand-along program, or better yet, combined with the more strength-based Squad Training workouts.

  • One 40-50 minute small group personal training session per week

Note: Squad workouts are strength-based and are designed to fit hand-in-glove with the more cardio-based Team Training workouts. For best results, we recommend doing both.

Personal Training Memberships

Personal Training Memberships Include:

  • Team Training Member - no additional fee
  • Choose 1, 2, or 3 personal training days per week
  • Choose 25-minute or 45-minute sessions
  • Add 1-2 friends for minimal additional fee

  • Workout times are flexible to fit your schedule
